A bone-in, smoked ham steak is an easy, convenient choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! These thick cut ham steaks provide a great meal without the hassle of cooking a whole ham.
We raise small groups of pigs rotated through wooded pastures and in our hoop houses on deep bedding depending on the time of year. The pigs are fed 100% Certified Organic grain, scraps from our garden, and apples from our neighbor. Our pork is marbled, full of flavor, and typically has a deeper color as compared to standard pork found in the grocery store.
