Organ meats offer a number of valuable health benefits. They're packed with B vitamins, are one of the few animal-based sources of vitamin A and C, have small traces of calcium and contain a host of beneficial minerals.
Our Dorper flock is 100% grass-fed. During the warmer months, they are raised outdoors and moved daily to fresh pasture. During the winter months, we feed hay and the sheep have access to the hoop houses for shelter from the elements. The result is a mild tasting, lean, healthy meat.
