Lamb rib are full of flavor and are a unique alternative to pork ribs. Cook them slow and low until fully tender with a quick blast of high heat at the end to crisp the exterior.
Our Dorper flock is 100% grass-fed. During the warmer months, they are raised outdoors and moved daily to fresh pasture. During the winter months, we feed hay and the sheep have access to the hoop houses for shelter from the elements. The result is a mild tasting, lean, healthy meat.
