We raise Dorper Sheep 100% on pasture. Our flock is raised outdoors, moved daily to fresh grass, and is never fed grain. The result is a mild tasting, lean, healthy meat.
Our lambs produce approximately 45 pounds of meat depending on customer cut selection. The lambs will be butchered at Pinn Oak Ridge Processing in Fall of 2024. Upon receipt of your deposit we will contact you with a cut sheet and recommendations on how to have your lamb butchered and packaged. Your lamb will be available for pickup from our farm or at one of our delivery locations.
Final price is determined by dressed weight of lamb x $7.99/pound plus processing (approximately $140)
For example: a 40 pound dressed lamb x $7.99/pound = $319.60, plus $140 for processing = $459.60 total
